welcome to our church family!
fellowship at Holy Cross
Our parish life centers around 9am Holy Eucharist, followed by our social hour. The love we share at the table of the Lord naturally extends to the fellowship hall where we have coffee, refreshments, and conversation. On the first Sunday of the month, there is usually a brunch, and on the other Sundays, we have potluck fare.
We are pleased to have The Rev. Ryan Lesh as our supply priest while we search for a Vicar. He is an ordained priest in the Episcopal Church and an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Virginia.
Under the direction of organist Raven Hunter, our choir sings traditional, modern, and folk music. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7pm. We get together for dinner and fellowship as well. Join us!
The vestry (parish council) takes on the administrative decisions for the church. Leadership is provided by the Senior Warden, Barbara Spencer. She works with the vicar, the Junior Warden, the Treasurers, and a team of eight vestry members who are elected to three-year terms.
